Help needed with Tactful Phrases

What are some good ways to say "I really need ya'll to not only grant this appeal, but grant it quickly?" I certainly don't want to offend my insurance, but I need to have this surgery as quickly as possibly. My parents are bound and determined to see me thru this before they go to a nuerological clinic to address my 72 year old father's condition. I have told them not to wait, or even worry about coming. I am a stable, 46 year old married woman with a supportive husband and 2 grown children. So did I win the battle? Sigh. As I said, I need some polite ways to urge my insurance along. Any ideas?
