blue cross question Help

My Girlfriend had WLS in 2001 at the time her DH was in the military and tricare covered the procedure. Now she is down 250 pounds and has the excess skin issue but her DH is no longer in the Military. The company he works for is has Blue Cross. ok heres my question do you know if blue cross will cover her plastic surgery if she had her WLS under a diffenrent insurance provider?

Plastic surgery is usually only covered if you show it is reconstructive. So she should look at her plan and see if they cover that. Then argue that it is reconstructive not cosmetic.
