Food Lists

Hey there... can someone steer me to an on-line listing of which foods might be best and which to stay away from post-op? I'm 3 months post-op, doing well, but I do react REALLY differently depending on the type of food I eat. I'd like to have a better knowledge of the types of foods that are better for me, and maybe easier to digest. Thanks
