Help what can I eat

Could someone give me any ideas on eating. My husband had the surgery about 1yr or 2 ago. All he eats is prezels and some beans and once in a while he will eat a stuffed crap from Captin Dee's and some soup. He says that this is all he can eat without getting sick. He drinks alot of water and coffee. I have ran out of ideas to help him with this.

The low GI diet maybe helpful. It seems that he likes beans which he can still have on a low GI diet, although he will have to give up the pretzels. The emphasis is on lots of vegetables, lean proteins and a limited amount of complex carbs.
