i'm 7 months post op and have lost 98 lbs. i'm done, the doc doesn't want me to lose any more...but it keeps coming off. My real question is...how many ounces should i be eating now??? I can't remember. I ate about 7 ounces at lunch today...should i be worried? !!! Thanks
