Need alittle help
I am on my protein sparing diet any tips on how to mesure my meats consistant to a deck of cards. I tryed to eat a can of tuna because I only eat two meals a day try to squeeze 6oz of meat in one meal.But me and tuna is not best friends I nearly :barfed: please help me be sucessful this is my last step b4 surgery.

If you don't like tuna try another kind of fish or any seafood. Shrimp, lobster and scallops are very high in protein. Five medium scallops have 35 grams. Just stir fry in skillet with Pam spray and a little garlic salt. Yummy... also tofu is high and easy to eat. It can be added to stir fry veggies or seafood. Hope this helps.
