 thought I share this website on 'Intuitive Eating'.  Currently I'm in a support group to help those with eating issues. This book on 'Intuitive Eating' is a great book and I thought I share this.

Thank you so much for this!  I went to the website and it really looks interesting.  I need help with my eating.  I may be 81 lbs lighter, but my relationship with food hasn't changed much.  I need to get my eating under control and become liberated.
