5 years out and food getting stuck

I am 5 years out from having the RNY Gastric bypass.I lost 190 pounds but gained back 29 pounds in which I am working on getting off of me.My concern is that for the last 2 weeks,at times I can take a very small bite and it gets caught and takes all I have to get it down.This has happened a good 30 times in 2 weeks.Has anyone experienced this?I would like to thank all whom took the time to read and give me advice.
