REALLY!!  Do you really think that because you don’t have to chew it, it would be OK?? Why bother doing any of this if you’re still going to eat the crap that got US this way in the first place. It sounds as though you might be going through this outside of a program that addresses these food issues. You are going to need all the luck if you go into this thinking of ways around to still eat this crap. If you think this is taking baby steps, you’re kidding yourself. I have seen so many people sabotage themselves. I do realize that this is the hunger and food trouble forum but why go through all of this time/money/surgery and you put yourself right back where you started and worse. You can find support through this site, but you need to start taking this option seriously. I will assume you went to this site because you are thinking about surgery, this is a tool. Not a forever fix. Did you wonder why almost 150 looked at your comment but didn’t respond? We tend to look at these posts as a waste of time and that you are not serious. If you really want options, don’t ask how can I still eat crap that got me FAT in the first place. GOOD LUCK!!

My drs said many times this is how people cheat the surgery by sucking on things, ice cream, nibbleing on chips, etc. From what I hear is that liquid puree stag after you are really not too hungry...this is what I am hoping for.

I dont think she was planning on eating the whole bag...Sounded to me as if she was wanting something to help with her craving of salt...One can eat a bite of something and be satisfied when it comes to cravings...I think we all tend to stray away from good healthy eating at times and eat things that someone else might not consider to be a good choice...i know I sure have...have you?

Many people will walk in and out of your life, but only TRUE FRIENDS will leave footprints in your heart...And may that friendship have such a ONENESS that when one weeps the other will taste salt...Friends are like balloons ; once you let them go you can't get them back....So I'm going to tie you to my heart so I never lose you.
