Period Binges! Help!
Hi Beautiful Pouches!
Every month when aunti flow knocks on my door my old obsession with food comes with her. The week before and the week of my period I can eat a lot. It’s almost like I have a normal stomach. Example, I just ate a bag of smart food and a twix bar – horrible choices, I know.
Once it passes, I’m back to the restrictive diet the pouch helps us maintain. How can I stop myself from getting so out of control when I get my period? I hate the way I feel, but it’s like my body is wanting to eat so badly and having intense cravings. Every month around this time I get so depressed and am petrified I gained weight. My stomach also bloats which isn’t very sexy.
Anyone go through something similar?

I've found that my PMS is stronger than it was when I was heavier.
Spoke to my surgeon about it and he said there was nothing he could do about it and should talk with my gyno. Fabulous.
The good news is tho...i used to binge before the surgery. Did you? I find that while I certainly eat MORE I can't go quite as nuts as I did previously.

Know exactly how you guys feel...I haven't lost weight in months and it seems that as soon as a get a couple pounds off here comes...the b**ch again...I'm hungry irritable and get so many headaches...but what bothers me the most is the hunger and of course bloating...I've just started back up with my workouts and thinking of joining weigh****chers and overeaters annonymous...waiting to get feedback on wether I should do it or not...
