Hard physical job and extra hungry

Two months ago, my job position was abolished and I was sent to a new position that now consists of hard physical labor.  No problem really, I can do the job.

However, I get only a 1/2 hour lunch hour.  In that time I have to try to get in the proper amount of nutrition without "pushing my luck" and making it uncomfortable.  Because of the extra physical work, I feel I need to eat something more on both my 15 minute breaks.  This makes it more that the 3 meals (or snacks) that I've had planned for each day and at home I will have 2 more light snacks as I'm feeling hungry (still).

Any ideas as to how I can get a more "filled" feeling that will take my past the break snacks and hold off the hunger until supper?

Any suggestions will be appreciated.  My goal is to stay on the 3 meals a day.  So far, since my RNY in Dec., I haven't gained weight back and I'm try to keep it that way!
