Hi everyone,
I found Arnold Sandwich thins at the grocery store for the first time. Tried one out today. Yummy!

Tried them but they are just too bulky for me.  I needed to up my carbs so I wanted to try some breads, this way was not good for me.  If I toast a piece of whole wheat or multi-grain I can eat it, but can't eat other bread.  Glad you can.

I've been eating the whole wheat thins for months.  I can get by with half the calories in my sandwich and I use them with hambergers and chicken sandwiches too.  I make a breakfast sandwich as well.  I love them.  Daisy

That's exactly what I want to try. Not everyday but definitely those in place of some of the calories. Hopefully it'll start shifting those pounds in the right places. A lot of the weight is on my hips and I was hoping that would go first but for some reason its going from the top down lol. At least its shifting though

I toast a half then make a little pizza on it: low sugar spaghetti sauce, mozz, pepperoni and mushrooms.  Great for dinner and breakfast.

Also a smide of PB (white chocolate from The Peanut Butter Company has no refine sugars) and no sugar added jelly makes a good bkfst.
