What helped me at the beginning was yogourt.  Chobani 0% fat yogourt has 100 calories and 18 grams of protein.  It took me about an hour to eat a 6-oz container.  But it carried me through!  You could also try the Odwalla protein drinks.  They come in chocolate, almond, and vanilla and also pack hearty amounts of protein.  You will have to drink them in slow sips, but they should stay down okay.

Good luck on your journey.  My life has been transformed since the surgery!

I thought it was just me I cant hold down chicken, fish, etc etc etc lol I think a lot of my problem is learning to slow down, although I have tried chicken in many different ways and each time it comes back up so I think my body cant tolerate it. Iguess its just a matter of trying different things in order to see what your body tolerates. (Idont tolerate salad very well either). I had my surgery April 12th.
