5 day pouch test

Hello~

Tonight is my first time back on here in about  a year or so.  I have fallen off the wagon and I have gained about 17 pounds back :(  I need to regain control before it gets out of hand and the 17 turn into 27 or 47!!!!!!!!

Can someone explain to me and or send me the 5 day pouch test.  I am concerned that I have stretched my pouch!!!

Thanks, it was scary to get back on this website but it is nice to be back and read about other people that are having the same struggle as I am~

hey hon.. you are so not alone... i too am looking to get back on the wagon after a great fall... good luck with yours.... just knowing and admitting that u fell off is the first step...
