Anyone 1 yr or more out of RNY? New breakfast ideas NEEDED!!
I was excited to see your post because I need new bfast ideas also! I am over 2 1/2 years out and I am up 15 pounds :( I always eat an EAS protein bar low carb for bfast with some peanut butter on top. It is tasty and quick I eat it on the way to work. Last weekend I made a large omlet and divied it up in little plastic containers and took that to work. It was good but a lot of work (I need quick and easy). I will try the greek yogurt thanks!
