I know that I will get alot of flack for this but I didn't realise how bad my food addiction was until I got sleeved a week ago. For the most part I have been good on the liquids but started feeling hungry, very hungry so I tried mashed potatoes and tuna salad (no veggies). My nutritionist said it is okay to try but got stomach cramps. Did/does anybody get these cramps after eating? Is it possible that this could cause my sleeve to leak? BTW I know that I need to nip this in the bud since success rests on changing my food choices. Thanks for listening.

Thanks for listening.Yes, it is possible to get a leak from bumping up the stages of the diet, that's why you are on liquids.

Thanks for your response. I reverted mostly to liquids and its been okay. When are you out of the woods regarding leakage? When is the stomach fully healed? Looking forward to responses!Usually about 6 weeks post op you are pretty well good to go for leaks. There are exceptions, but they are quite rare.
