Depressive Eating
My biggest problem is eating when I'm stressed out or depressed, which recently is most of the time. Just had a bad break-up, always fighting with my family and struggling to fnd a place to live... I usually talk to friends, but I really don't have many anymore, which also depresses me. How do I cope without stuffing my face?
Say something positive that is going on in your life out loud......Stuff your face with produce-like snacks while thinking of a way to get out of your problems. Find a goal for yourself and work towards it and focus on it.....thats what I do...hope this helps
