Scared....Feel like I am failing

I am writing to this community because I am feeling like a failure.  I am 18 months post op and have lost about 135 pounds.  I have lost and gained the same 5 pounds over the last 2 months.  My body can tolerate more and I wish I did not know that.  Head hunger is  a you know what.  I guess the best part is that I recognize it.  I am so afraid of gaining more weight back.  I have joined the Y and will go this time.  I see now that exercising is the key, but also counseling for me to address some of the feelings that I have as well as the stressors.  I just wanted to write to get insight or to let someone else know that they are not alone and we will stay on the losing side!

wow! 135 lbs in 18 months is alot lost! stop beating yourself up you can't be failing when you've put 135 lbs behind u.
Recognizing it  is part of the battle, once you know your enemy you can plan our attack! I just had gastric bypass last monday but I want to be where you are with 135lbs behind me. Keep up the good work and take it easy on yourself yor doin great!

You are right.  Sometimes, you just need to hear straight talk from someone else.  I wish you the best on the "losing side" You will get those pounds off.  Just do what your doctor says and take full advantage of your weight loss "window of opportunity"  Thanks again.

I. HAVE. BEEN. THERE!

3 years post op this past January and still at 185 instead of my goal of 150... but I've lost weight again the past few weeks... I had to find the right nutrition plan to get me back on track... they have a whole line of things that can help... it worked for me... maybe it will work for you.
I get mine from www.jraymall.com
