PLEASE OPINIONS NEEDED< PLEASE!! HUNGRY!
I had my surgery in Aug of 2008. I have gone from 324 pre surg weight to 165. I am hungery all the time. I snack all day long. Mostly healthy stuff fruit, nuts and seedsand I'm lucky enough to still be able to eat popcorn. The fact is thats all I think about. I cannot eat much at once but I can go all day. grazing like a cow. Im scared of gaining but I am not even sure about that. Im happy to be where I am but the doctor says I should be at 145/150. Im happy where I am. I dont even know whats going on in my head anymore. Confused?? Please other perspectives PLEASE!!

WOW!!! You have lost half of yourself.
First ask if your happy with how you look and feel than I would not worry about losing any more weight. If your doctor uses the "statistics" to determine what you should weigh then think twice. I am fortunate to have a doctor who goes by how you feel and look, not what some chart says. With my height 5'8'' I think the charts say I should weigh 150. I weigh 180 but wear a size 6-8. If I lost more I would look very unhealthy. My doctor does NOT want me to lose any more but to maintain. If anything exchange fat for more muscle. Which I have been doing for the past 2 years.
If you are hungry all the time there may be a reason. Just looking at what you state your eating, your vitamins my be low. Increase your vitamins or change to a more soluble vitamin for a while and increase your protein. Have your doctor run a full panel. Something may be off.
If you are happy with you, don't change! Charts are just charts, they don't see the person.

let us know how your appointment goes! I had the same grazing problem but I started on Herbalife a few weeks ago and I'm back on track now! when I feel the need to snack, I opt for their protein filled foods and that keeps me full without alot of fat or sugar... plus I'm using their multivitamin and calcium for my post op nutrition and I've already dropped the 5 pounds I gained back in the last 6 months! I have hope again of actually reaching my GOAL WEIGHT that I set for myself when I went into surgery~!
