Trying to ward off temptation all day.  Abt every 2 hours had to have something.  Picked good protein choices but I am still on mushies.

Me too.  I seem to be hungry all the time, worse at night.  I'm munching on almonds and walnuts, but there is so much fat in nuts and one can only eat just so many carrots.

OMG ME TOO. I am almost 4 years post op. I HAD lost 140lbs, but in the last 2 years I have gained 54lbs BACK. Due to HUNGER!!!!!!!! I also eat at night, and I can eat ANYTHING. I don't even dump anymore, I have been debating on weither I should have a revision like the Restore, ROSE, or Stomax (whatever its called-LOL)
I MISS the first 6 months after surgery, I did not know what hunger felt like.  But as years have gone by it has come back with a VENGANCE!!!!!!!!!

It's MAKING ME VERY ANGRY!!!!!!!!!!!! I need something to help me NOT be hungry and I would be JUST FINE!!!!

Keep a "positive" liquid in your hands during your free time and find something that keep your hands busy with something you enjoy and helps pass the time such as puzzles, knitting, board games, etc.  It's a small thing but it helps ward off the big ones. Good luck!

Cut carbs out entirely. This has worked for me. It's the only thing that worked.
