I never feel full!
I am 2 years out from bypass and am always hungry! I have lost about 80 lbs and am close (within 20) to my goal. My problem is that i am always hungry! I eat...feel too full...then within 10 - 15 minutes I am ready to eat again. So I graze all day. Try to be good but most of the time it is on crap!
Any ideas? Thanks!

My advice is to not shoot for the "full' feeling. You know what works--eating less and exercising more. So STOP yourself from grazing...Plan what you are going to eat, track it in a journal and stick to your plan. Grazing is a bad habit that will eventually lead to weight REGAIN.
Cut out processed carbohydrates as much as you can. Eating them triggers a huge insulin release, which can increase hunger. Try to make veggies/salads a big part of what you eat, and good protein sources such as chicken breast without skin. If "crap" foods--or as I prefer to say, foods with low nutritional content--are your weakness, get them out of the house.
Try this: Have a Very Veggie salad (I always have a couple of tablespoons of my favorite dressing on mine) with some tomatoes and cucumber once a day for a week. It takes a long time to chew, which gives your brain time to realize you are sated. Make it a personal challenge. Your body will feel so much better when you put good quality fuel in your tank!
Hope this helps. And I'm not just pulling this out of thin air--implementing these changes and adding running as exercise helped me shed the last 21 pounds. Good luck!
