BAD Farting no matter what I eat
Ok. Here goes. I am being very serious here. It doesn't matter what I eat. I had bad farts before gastric bypass 6 months ago (I've lost 90 lbs so far, thank you very much). Because I'm a guy I was quite proud of them (yes, it is a guy thing and that's what we do). But now not only do they peel the paint off the walls but they also remove the caulking from around the windows! I wake my Wife, and myself, up at night. My dog who sleeps next to me under the covers will crawl out from under them and go into the front room. Poor thing used to be a long hair but is now a short hair thanks to me. It is that BAD! And as such I am no longer proud of them. I need to know of a good, if not great, inexpensive ProBiotic to take. I've looked at different parts of the forums and pretty much everything I see is from a year ago or earlier so I don't know if something new and/or improved has come out. I need to know what different people recommend so I can start trying different ones until something works for me because the yogurt ain't cuttin' it (no pun intended). But I really do need help with this. I thank you in advance, as well as my Wife, and the dog.
Start taking probiotics. You may be low on them - they help to check the "bad" bacteria in check. That really helps. I also use devron. Some days i sbad - others - not so.
make sure you have BM every day. Otehrwise - thing sinside you get "spoiled" and smell worse (undigested food)

I have the same problem although I've been working on it. My co-workers (a**holes) actually complained to HR and I was "accomodated" with a private office. At least now I have windows! Anyway, I started on a probiotic from my local natural foods store. I also take a chlorophyll tablet and digestive enzymes. Another thing that was suggested to me was to eat oatmeal everyday. I think it's more a matter of increasing your fiber intake. Finally, keep an eye on what foods seem to set you off. I have to pay extra attention to sugars and some dairy. I also don't eat after 8PM so thee won't be much sitting around fermenting, LOL. Good luck!
