I know exactly what you are experiencing. I'm going to go back to basic, like you were in your sixth week of eating. I'm going to stay away from carbs, make sure I get my protein, water and excerise in and record everything. i just ordered a book to record all food intake etc.
Darn it all! We do have the tool, it worked for us before and now we have to make it work again. Old habit certainly bark on our door step and I do not want to go back to the old doorsteep. It's so easy to stray away. I was 268 and got down to 159 and now 180. I'm so upset!!!!! I've been on med's for nerve damage in my leg and they makeme hungry all the time. I seem to never stop thinking about food, like NOW! I keep a big bowl of grapes in the fridge so I reach for these instead of other stupid things.
I think it's stress in my life and this is why I want to eat constatning. WELL I have to go now, I'm ust
