I'm just now starting my pureed phase, but I have to agree with you.  I am now allowed a scrambled egg.  I was just barely able to eat 1/3 of a single egg (small bites, chewed very well, eaten slowly).  I actually felt ill.  I figured I'll try it again next week.
Could be I'm just sensitive to eggs right now.  But, I never was a 'breakfast' person, and no matter how early I wake up, I usually don't eat/feel hungry before lunch time.
Now, I know I must try to get in 4 teensy tiny 'meals' and have to force myself to even drink a shake because I'm not hungry.
Even a breakfast shake doesn't sit real well with me.
I'm sure this gets better with time?

Don't worry too much a few small bites is all you need. It seems like nothing but it is fine. be sure you take you vitamins.

I was having problems too with breakfast. The last two days I made it through breakfast. I had a small amount of cereal with lots of milk to make it mushy. Today I had eggs and I added alot of milk to it before cooking, it worked no eggs getting stuck. Thank g-d!
Best of Luck
