Spicy foods...
Hello everyone,
I had a post on the RNY boards asking if I will be able to eat salads, chinese food (such as chicken and broccoli ect..) . I am a Spicy food lover...like all kinds of Chiles (mexican, thai ect...) after I heal from surgery will I be able to eat Chile?
Is anyone able to eat Jalepenos, mexican roasted chiles ?
Hi,
I've actually started eating spicy since the surgery !! I have a hard time eating solid food, so I find refuge in spicy asian soups, which often contain shrimp, which I can digest, and plenty of veggies. I tend to stay away from the ones with beef or noodles, but the spicier the better.
Claude, down 180 lbs since march :) (surgery was april 2nd '09)
