Remember eating when and what we shouldn't have is what got us in the position of requiring WLS. I would suggest that you meet with a nutritionist and discuss your food choices and see if they think that they are healthy. Please remember that you DID NOT have major surgery just to go right back to where you were and trust me, YOU CAN.
Best wishes!

I must confess... I was able to eat things I wasn't supposed to either within days after my surgery... luckily for me my GF who also had this surgery noticed what was going on and warned me!
1. you have recently had surgery, your nerves have been cut and they don't recogonize feelings of fullness yet
2. keep eating that way and your tool will become stretched out... so much for utilizing your tool that you worked so hard to get
3. the likelihood that you might possibly cause some irreversible damage to your healing insides is obscenely high
4. head hunger is an issue that we all fight at some point... sime have to deal with it sooner! Grab your Water and protein shakes! instead of the fork!
5. Start utilizing a junior fork and spoon during meals! placing them on the table after each bite and chew chew chew!
Take control while you have a tool to help you! The nerves should start letting themselves be known in a few weeks!
Hopefully this will help you I know it did me... i am 3 years out and although I have not reached my goal weight (still have 20 to go) at least I haven't started on the regain train!
