brushing my teeth
I have not heard anyone else talk about this, so i'm going to throw it out there as a helpful tool.
I find if i eat a meal and dont' brush immediately afterward, i have a harder time stopping myself from continuing to nibble and snack. I think having the taste of food in my mouth is a huge trigger for me. Brushing helps ENORMOUSLY. So I wanted to let folks know it is something that has been an incredibly useful tool for me when I get that bottomless pit feeling.
