I THINK IM EATTING TOO MUCH?!?! .. I am already able to eat/drink a whole Campbells Cup at Hand soup!! How is that possible???

I had that worry too when I was a couple of weeks out. The soup is going right on through your pouch, just like water. You won't get full from it. Pureed stage foods, like cottage cheese, scrambled egg (moist), etc., will slide on through easier. They are supposed to. Remember you will still have healing and inflamation for the next month and a half or so.  When I started on soft food stage, and was eating "real protein" like chicken, fish, etc., I was only able to get about 1 oz. in.  Right now, at almost 2 months out, I can still only do about 2 oz. of protein at a meal.
Best thing to do is log your food. I use www.nutridiary.com which my nutritionist finds very helpful.

So, I guess to answer your question, you are not eating too much. When it comes back up in your lap...THEN you are eating too much.

Take care!

Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up.
It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed.

It knows that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve.
It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.

Good advice.  Just make sure what you are eating doesn't contain "empty calories" and you should be fine.
