you are fine one thing that you might want to look at is when you are craving something its normally a sign that your body is missing something. The pb could have been you needed some fat, becareful of the carbs thou. Then again sometimes you want what you want so you should be fine.

I agree, you probably were low on something- usually that is when my cravings come into play- I am almost 4 years out and it is still the same way.

Not to be an ass but I get cravings and I still eat the foods that I crave.  I just limit them to a bite or two, literally.  If I feel like pizza, I get pizza and eat a single bite, maybe two and that is it.  Same thing with candy, I have a quarter of a candy bar or a spoonful of ice cream, etc...

It isn't easy but you can do it.  You got the surgery to help with your wl and you are at least concerned enough about your actions to post and check on things.  I always try to eat what I want but in moderation, modesty and reason... OK, I do it now but moderation, modesty and reason before I had the surgery was far from my thoughts about food choices, heh.

Oh, I do have sammiches and cut off the crust and share the sammich with someone.

GOOD LUCK!

I would recommend using only one slice of whole-grain diet bread and using sugar-free jelly.  That's far more than I could have eaten 11 weeks out.
