THATTIME OF THE MONTH!
I had the same exact thing happen to me... what a treat huh..? I felt bloated and nasty but it passed.. it also slowed my weight loss down.. ;-( I was hungry but I ate high amounts of protein to fill me up and I was good for several hours.. low carb yogurt, cottage cheese, or even the dreaded protein shake.
I haven't noticed too much of the increased hunger, but have noticed a huge increase in PMS. I can't believe how emotional I get now right before I start.
I have noticed that if I do get hungry alot, I snack on string cheese or cottage cheese. They are both pretty soft, full of protein and fill me up.
