I ate a walnut on sunday, had some eggs yesterday morning, and had some cheese off of a piece of pizza last night, Shouldn't I be sick?

Wife's making mashed potatos and chicken tonight. Should I try eating a little?

Just got back from getting the rest of my staples removed. I've lost 44 pounds including my time on the liquid pre op. He said I need to eat more..... IDK?

Why do they censor pizza? lol

only you can answer your question. why are you testing out you pouch? why have this surgery just to get sick. i don't know about you but i want to succeed. so stick to the rules.

I was going though some of the questions and answers so I know what to expect for the future. (my surgery hasn't bee set up yet-  reatisticy, I'm looking for a fall date)
Now back to why I'm writing.  You're very pretty.  When you are down to the weight you want to be, you should consider doing some modeling.

Bottom line...you eat the wrong stuff too early and you stretch the stoma that is trying to heal and your surgery fails.   The healing takes 3-4 mos. post-op which is where you lose the most weight.  Why in hell would you be eating a walnut a week after surgery?  You could have blocked your entrance and been in horrific pain!  People 12 mos. out can't get a whole pill down and you ate a walnut!   Nothing going down that pipe right now should be bigger than an M&M and should be soft.  I'd seriously question your doc!!!

The diet you're supposed to follow is so your stomach will heal properly, so stick with it for awhile.
