I just signed up to start using fitday.com today.

I had a turkey, pepper jack cheese, mustard, white bread sandwich and a hand full of cheetos.  Can anyone tell me how to calculate the nutrition facts for that?  I want to log it on fitday but I want to make sure I'm claculating the right numbers?

TIA

I use Fitday a lot and what I do is look up each item individually.  So, I look up "deli turkey" or just "turkey", and then mustard, and so on.  You just have to know how much you ate.  I like to create "custom foods" by taking the food labels off of what I eat and entering them in.  This is a pain at first, but soon you'll have entered most of the things you eat on a regular basis. Once you have a list of "recent foods" and "custom foods" you can simply go to that list and check the boxes for your food that day.   I hope this is helpful!

Sounds the same as myplate.com where you look up everything individually.
