Need Help
Hi Teresa...
I am in the same boat as you. I am looking to lose 30# and I guess I really do know how to do it. Eat GOOD nutritious foods, in measuredportions, and MOVE more. Wether its getting to the gym, or walking around the neighborhood! I have started today by ridding my house of my weaknesses (crackers and high carbed foods) I will replace with high protien and nutrious foods like, eggs, turney (sliced) chicken, seafood. I will consintrate on eaching GOOD healthy meals and drink water in between. I dont imagine it will take me long to get into a routine. The hardest part will be the start of it. After that, I seem to become compulsive (in anything I do).

PLATEAU BUSTER DIET
HOW TO BREAK A PLATEAU
# 1- Do this for 10 days to break a plateau.
# 2- Drink 2 quarts of water a day.
# 3- You must have (at least) 65 grams of protein supplements and all of your vitamins/minerals Supplements each day.
#4- You may consume up to 3 of the following high PROTEIN FOODS, 5X a day.
BEFF
PORK
CHICKEN
TURKEY
LAMB
FISH
EGGS
LOW FAT CHEESE
COTTAGE CHEESE
PLAIN YOGURT OR ARTIFICIALLY SWEETENED
PEANUT BUTTER
BEANS/LEGUMES
YOU MAY ALSO HAVE
Sugar free popsicles
Sugar Free Tea or Coffee (Splenda)
Sugar Free Jell-O
Broths/ Bullion ( chicken, beef)
Crystal light drinks
# 5- If it is not on this list you can not have for 10 days !!!!!!
# 6- Keep TRACK of all of your food INTAKE and try and do 30 mins of exercise each day.
DETOX FROM THOSE CARBS!
First thing in the Morning:
16oz of GREEN TEA (hot or cold with lemon)
Breakfast:
(1.) ¼ cup pf eggbeaters with meat & cheese made like an omelet. A side of 1 slice of tomato or Cottage Cheese.
(2.) 16oz of PLAIN WATER
(3.) A snack of STRING CHEESE or 2 pieces of LUNCHMEAT
(4.) 16oz GREEN TEA (hot or cold with lemon)
Lunch:
(1.) A salad of lettuce, kidney beans, cheese, bacon bits with Ranch or Blue Cheese.
(2.) Or 3oz of Chicken Salad with veggies on the side.
(3.) 16oz of Plain Water
(4.) Snack: Yogurt or Cottage Cheese.
Dinner:
(1.) 3oz Lean Meat (chicken) with 2 oz of cooked green veggies (Spinach, Kale, Broccoli or Green Beans)
(2.) 8oz Green Tea (hot or cold with lemon) and 8oz of Water.
(3.) The one good Rule is that you can SUBSTITUTE any meal with a PROTEIN SHAKE.
IT REALLY WORKS THE MAGIC IS IN THE GREEN TEA !!!!!!!!
