Scoop??

Hi All-

I wasn't sure where to put this and I feel like a complete idiot asking, but I just don't know the answer. Anyway, here goes...

I just got the clearance about a week ago for protien shakes. I have been using pre-measured packs to sample different flavors. I recently bought a big tub and tried to use it last night. It said the serving was 2 scoops. Well....there was no scoop inside the tub!

So, my question is.....just HOW much is 2 scoops?? Is it a Tablespoon, 2oz, what??

Are you sure there was no scoop?  I sometimes get the HUGE tubs and they're at the bottom.

But - for your question, the other day I took a tablespoon and measured into my scoop.  About 2 heaping tablespoons equalled one scoop.  Now - keep in mind, it depends on the protein and manufacturer, but it seems most of my protein I've gotten (from different manufacturers) have pretty close to the same size scoop.

If you use the 2 tablespoons = 1 scoop - you'll be doing ok!

Don't feel like an idiot - there is no way you could know the answer if no scoop was included...
