Always hungry

I recieved a couple setreroid shots last month. I feel so hungry and I have been able to eat a lot more. I have gained 10 pounds and am scared to death that it will not stop.
 Any suggestions to curb my appetite. I am 5 years post op and can eat about as much as my 8 year old. Way more then last year.

When you feel hungry inbetween meals try drinking a low cal., low fat, low carb protien drink.
The protien I drink works  great to curb my cravings for food and is all of the above. I drink it twice a day, sometimes 3 if I feel starved and it definetly keeps me off the junk food and it tastes great.

If you feel you need to eat then just eat healthy stuff...
Fill up on veggies...i find that raw baby carrots are a great and filling snack between meals...how about some roasted endamame....high protein, low fat/cal....
