Ok Ya'll-
I have RNY 12/14/04 and lost 183 pounds YEEHAW! Best thing I EVER did! Now, I am in the process of getting approved for my lower body lift and thigh lift since I have so much extra skin...EXCITED but scared. THATS not the issue though. I, like most of us, am a stress eater. I have gained 22 pounds, and I am ready to do the 5DPT, but I need some buddies to do it along with me so that we can ALL win at losing again..TOGETHER. ANY BODY WILLLING?!

Sopie,

I just started reading a little bit about 5dpt.  Is there something that I can read about this.  From what I can see, it sounds pretty good.  I am almost 3 years out and still have 30 lbs to lose.  I am really struggling.  I have already had a TT and am looking to have my arms and thighs done in the spring.

Thanks
Cindy

Hi Cindy,

check out http://www.5daypouchtest.com you can read all about it. Lots of people have success doing this and some say they put the weight back on after they finish with the 5 days.. some say it's a crash diet and some swear by it..

Good Luck,

Hi I am new to the board at this time. I use to get on a lot. I also had wt loss surgery  in Feb.2004. I feel I have done pretty good. I lost from 260 down to 141. I have never had to try to lose. Now I have gained back to 150. I feel I am still cofortable with the way I feel and look except I can tell I have gained a few pounds. I was never given a goal I just lost till I went to a healthy bmi. I am 5'2" so now I am concidered over wt. I need to change that. As you know at least for me I can eat 5-8 oz for a meal. That is usually the lunch meal and then for dinner it is less. Of course breakfast is less to.
But very interested in the 5DPT. Not sure what it is but if it is something to put you back on track would love it. I think I should probally weigh about 125 or less. Please let me know
your wt loss friend.
