I HAVE GAINED 20 LBS HELP ME!

When I had my surgery I worked in a hospital and walked 7-10 miles daily making rounds in the hospital, since aug 06 I have had a desk job with little or no walking, I bought an eliptical but nothing is helping. Any suggestions?

OH do i feel your pain.I have also gained 20 pounds actually 22 pounds since May of this year..my surgery was march 2005.I am eating sugar dailey and carbs.you would of think i would of learned. I also use to walk 3 miles a day, now I dont walk at all and feel like a counch potatoe. Janice 320/144/166
