What did ya eat today - Wednesday?
Hi All.. hope everyone had a good hump day! I can't believe the week is 1/2 over all ready its just wizzing by! Friday we are going to the fair and going to see Sara Evans in concert, I am really excited!
B: Molly's pumpkin protein bar with FF cream cheese frosting.
S: Medium SF vanilla/hazelnut hot latte, decaf, skim milk
L:1 oz turkey, 1 slice (.75 ounces) of lowfat swiss rolled up together.
S: EAS protein shake.
D: Taco salad using romaine lettuce, lowfat monteray jack cheese, onion, and spicy black bean burger ground up (salsa and light sour cream also).
S: EAS protein shake.
Cals: 928, protein 99, carbs 72 and fat 25

Have fun at the concert it sounds great I like Sara Evens.
My meals today didn't go over very well as it was IV day and I always have trouble for a day or two afterwards.
I did have a good breakfast.
1 egg and 3 slices lean bacon
Lunch attempted 1/2 chicken salad sandwich did not stay
Dinner
did not stay either
working on a protien shake now
(it's 4:00 am thursday heading to work here)
brkfast: nothing
lunch: nothing
dinner: slice of tomato, 2 tablespoons of squash casserol (sp?), 2 small bites of a baked porkchop (threw it up)
snack: 1 teaspoon peanut butter, half a rice cake (threw it up)
8 cups of coffee, 2 glasses of tea
no vitamins today forgot to take them... did remember my calcium though well around 2 am this morning..
down the 5 pounds I had gained so sitting at 122 pounds...

Breakfast- didn't work out for me again 20oz water
Lunch-- ummm nothing except 20oz water
Dinner, I had 1/4 C. of mac and cheese and 8oz Milk an hour later
snack- 20oz of water.
My kidneys shut down last month and it wasn't fun plus I was severly dehydrated, so I am afraid of not getting water, I make that my top priorty!!
