What did ya eat today - Tuesday?

Hi All! I am early but I am gonna be gone this evening.. got therapy session then gotta do some shopping. I am freezing to death and have no jeans! Oh a girl has to go shopping! Darn the luck! After that I think hubby and I will grab dinner out. This is what I have eaten so far today.. B: SF Maple/Brown Sugar Oatmeal with 1/2 scoop of vanilla protein powder and 2/3 cup vanilla soy milk. (200 calories, 21 proteins, 23 carbs). L: Chicken Wrap - 1 LaTortilla (50 cals) with one light swiss laughing cow cheese spread on it, 3 oz deli turkey, sprinkle of romaine, red onion, splash of white vinegar and greek seasoning. 1 pickle spear. (188 cals, 27 proteins, 14 carbs). D: donno yet? I will either have a chicken salad (grilled) or chicken/fish with veggies though. My normal when I go out. I usually let myself have 250-300 cals for dinner approx) After dinner I will be near 700 cals or a bit below. Be at about 77 proteins as I will get 30 in for dinner with meat alone. So Probably have an EAS shake for 17 more to get me into the 90's and possibly some popcorn or SF pudding. I also ran 2 miles today.. did some crunches and upper body weights.. How did you do today?

Breakfast: Protein drink 160 cal/30 protein Lunch: Protein drink 160 cal/30 protein Snack: Granola bar - 90 cal forget how much protein Dinner: few oz of chicken no exercising today-just now sitting down since 5am.

I'm late posting since I went to a support group meeting last night... brk : nothing lunch: nothing dinner: 3 shrimp 2 slithers onion 2 slithers on green pepper, 4 tortilla chips... threw everthing up before leaving resturant... snack: 2 peanut butter ritz crackers... 4 cups of coffee... 3 glasses of tea... 1 diet dr. pepper that's it for me Stephie
