What did ya eat today - Saturday?
Hello, hello! It's the weekend everyone! I work weekends overnights as a nurse so this is my time to go back to work while you all try to relax for your work week! This is what I have planned out for today/tonight. Tomorrow same menu other than the quiches for breakfast will be an Atkins protein bar. How did you do today?
B: 2 mini quiches
S: EAS cafe caramel shake
L: Peanut butter SB bar (140 calorie one) and 1 light mozzerella cheesestick.
D #1: 4 oz tomato basil chicken breast, 1/2 cup canned asparagus.
S: diet hot cocoa with SF peppermint paddy syrup added (25 cals)
D#2: 1 cup homeade chili
Cals: 841, fat 26, carbs 56, protein 103.

Hope you have a good day at work. I walked down to Starbucks and bought another bottle of Cinnamon Dolce syrup...thank you so much for letting me know it is availale again. I'd never have checked otherwise! Here's today:
1) Orange Cranberry slowcooker oatmeal (sparkpeople recipe today, good!) 1 serv. 1/2 cup
2) 1 tab. soynut butter and 1/2 small banana on top of a wasa cracker
3) 1/2 cup nonfat cottage cheese, 1 cup cantaloupe cubes
4) EAS french vanilla shake w/pumpkin pie spice syrup and decaf espresso
5) 1/2 cup premeasured strawberry cereal
6) prob. will be the insides of a chicken sausage and some veggie or salad

I think I did alright today, I forced myself to eat. I know tomorrow will be off, we are going to the St. Louis Rams Football game.

D: Chicken Stirfry w/ half piece of bread, of course, got the bread caught...when will I learn.

I may have a glass of carb countdown milk, which will bring it up for a snack, not sure.
I did not eat that well today. It was not that I was struggling with my disorder though. I have been having an extremly sharp pain in my right side and not feeling all too well. I am hoping that it is just some little funk and will disappear. It is not hurting now so maybe it is gone
