What did ya eat today - Thursday?
Hi Everyone! What are we eating on today? Hope everyone had a good Thursday!
B: 1 vanilla dannon fit and light yogurt with tsp of blackberry jam mixed in and 1/4 cup of Protein Bare Naked Granola, 1/4 cup blueberries. LOVE THIS!
L: Power Crunch Bar - Peanut Butter Vanilla Cream
D: 3.5 ounces of chicken breast covered with some swiss cheese, onions and peppers with a few bites of a side salad with FF ranch/french combo (going out tonight)
S: SF, nonfat, Iced Cinnamon Dolce Latte (going to a comedy club after dinner with some friends and there is a starbucks there!)
S: EAS Shake most likely as I will need more protein.
Calories : 867, 31 fats, carbs 65, protein 83. Little low on protein so maybe 2 shakes to get to 100 protein and cals in the 900's.
A lot of supplements/drinking today. I should eat more dense stuff but not really that hungry.

Hi Melissa, TY-I just found this site. I think sharing our daily food journals will really help me. I see what you two eat and I'm concerned that I may be eating too much...here goes. Today I had-
B: 1 egg, slice of cheese, 3 cubes of cataloupe.
L: veggie burger, slice of cheese, green beans
S: powerbar
D: veggie chicken patty, salad with ranch dressing
S: SF italian ice
I'm on my period so I slept in this morning and didn't get any exercise. I WILL be going tomorrow morning...

I feel better when I don't eat real food... took all my suppliments and added water. I'm off for my 2 mile walk shortly, waiting for it to cool a bit.

well today (actually yesterday since it's 5 am here)
brk: nothing but 6 cups of coffee
lunch: nothing
dinner: chicken wing ( cooked in the oven with buffalo sauce put on it) but threw it up maybe 5 mins later if that long...
no water
8 cups of coffee in all today not decafe
1 glass of tea not decafe
some of a diet dr. pepper can never drink a whole one so I drink about a 1/2 cup and throw the rest away...
that's my eatting for Thursday
