Hello Everyone! Thanks for the introduction Terisa! I am glad to be here and help where I can. I think we all as postop have food issues, none of us are without them. We wouldn't have been obese preop if we didn't. We will always stuggle with fears and food demons as we don't want to go back to where we were preop. I personally follow a very strict diet as far as proteins and carbohydrates are concerned. I only eat whole grains, I have cut white sugars, rice, pastas from my diet and have done well with it but I do get in my 1000 calories a day or very close. I continue to lose 10-12 lbs a month even though I am nearing my goal. I would be glad to share what I do with any of you that interested. I do allow some protein treats such as bars and shakes but that's about it. So maybe I can post what I ate today.. and would love to hear what any of you are eating!! B - 1 cup Kashi Go Lean Cereal with 1/2 cup light vanilla soy milk and 1/3 cup fresh blueberries L - Vanilla Peanut Butter Power Crunch Bar S - 1 deviled egg made with light miracle whip (2 halves) S - 1 homeade latte, SF cinnamon/french vanilla, decaff with light vanilla soy milk and squirt of light whipping cream D - will be 3 oz chicken breast with .5 ounce of light mozzerella cheese and some spicy black bean salsa, 4 brussel sprouts S - Caramel Cafe EAS shake. This puts me at 968 cals, 40 fats, 94 protiens, 64 carbs, 16 fibers (plus 8 I take supplementally) What did you eat today?
