What did you eat today? Friday Aug 24
Ok, here is our first daily post for food intake. I really encourage anyone who is struggling with eating to post to this.
Breakfast: Protein drink w/yogurt
Lunch: half grilled cheese sandwhich made with wheat bread and low fat cheese.
Dinner: 2 ounce chicken breast, few bites of rick w/broccoli.
I had a crazy day today and did not count my calories, but guessing this was not enough. If possible I would like for everyone to post their cal intake, protein intake, and fat intake. Yeah, it is not fun, but it is really necessary for those of us who are struggling. Sparkpeople.com can help you count the calories.

I did pretty good for friday finally and managed 60 grams of protien for the first time in a long time
my total food intake for the day looked like this
1 small beef jerkey stick
3 ozs chicken salad over letuce
1 small ear sweet corn
3 ozs pork cutlet
1 cup of ice cream ok i splurged lol
total calories for the day 670 and 60 grams protein

I am sure that you already know what I am going to say. 670 calories is still weight loss mode. You are going to lose more weight. This number has to be doubled for you to maintain your weight. What will you eat in addition for today to get your numbers up a little higher? I am HAPPY you had the ice cream!! It brought the calories up a little.
When you post can you post for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack? This way we can see your eating pattern and adjust where you need it. You did great on the protein!! Very happy about that! ~ Terisa
