sugar and sugar alcohols?
I'm so bored with my food I'm only eating about 300 cal's a day and even that is hard. Here's what I think I know, but if it's wrong plz correct me. During this phase of the diet, Full Liquids, I want low fat and no sugar stuff, no more than 5gms, right? My question, does sugar alcohols play into that number? I saw that there's a Low Fat, No sugar added frozen custard with 5 gms of fat, and 5 gms of sugar. Is that too much fat? Also, it has 4gms of sugar alcohol, but I dont' know if I include those numbers. I'm not dying for frozen custard, I'm just looking for soemthing, anything other than SF jello, chix broth and HMR shakes. thx all.~Amy
