Forgot to eat--Now what ??
I am 3 months out & generally doing fine. But today I was quite busy on a different schedule than usual. This afternoon I went from 12:30 pm to 7:00 pm without eating & drinking only a little. I was busy & mentally distracted & not hungry & just forgot. I had a couple of bites of yogurt & that came back up. I tried water & that came up. I took a couple of bites of pudding. It has stayed down but I feel like throwing up & I can not get any more down.
What did I do? What should I be doing? What should I have eaten after such a long "fast"?
