Cannot Eat - Anyone ever had this experience?

I am 2.5 yrs post op (gastric bypass). I have had no complications and no problems whatsoever with food. On March 1st I had a total hystrectomy and a tummy tuck. in my third week of recovery I started to experience mind-ripping pain. It took a couple days to figure out the cause of the pain is food! I had to back clear back to liquids only. My OB-GYN is aware of my problem, and sent me for a CT scan on my lower abdomin, which came back normal. Food causes mind ripping pain in behind my belly button, around the right side, and (worst of all) into my back. Everyone agrees probably not an ulcer or appendix as I have no nausea, no vomitting, and no fever. I do not think my problem is related to the surgery, since it didn't start until week 3 of my recovery. Pain seems to be part of digestion and not really eating. My OB-GYN will probably send me to an upper GI Dr next. Just wondering if anyone has experienced anything similar and has any info? I'm not sure where to go next, seems like I might as well stick to the current road, as my surgeon would probably send me to the upper GI Dr as well for tests.
