You are toooo sweet, Lyn! I'm so glad to hear that things are better for you these days!!! Last week and this week have been the most hectic weeks for me! I have been going non-stop the whole time and feel totally out of control with my eating; however, the scales show that I'm maintaining, so it can't be all bad! I just miss my regular routine!!!
