Happy Weekend!!!

Here's wishing everyone a happy and safe weekend!!! Also hoping that those of you who "struggle" with food issues on the weekends will manage this weekend with little or no bumps along the way!! I'm off to north Georgia to visit my family and go to the Apple Festival in Ellijay. Weather should be perfect for the fall festivities. Good for you, Lyn!!! Do a few weights and some time on the elliptical machine for me! I will (I CAN'T BELIEVE I'M GOING TO SAY THIS) actually miss my gym time this weekend! Hopefully lots of walking is in store the next couple of days!! Hugs! Kristi
