Help me with menus!?
I haev gotten off track. I have gained some weight. GRR. And I still have some to lose. I just seem to have lost focus. Monday, I am calling to get into therapy, I need help with emotional eating!
But ....for all those that eat a lot of protein..can you give me some menus or ideas of how you have variety..but tons of protein!? I think my sights are too narrow..and I need help!

I'm in your same boat - can't seem to get in enough protein from food itself. Menus are difficult because I am always on the run, and it seems that the easier meals consist of less protein than I need.
For now, I include protein shakes in between my regular meals and try to get in some form of protein with meals. Chicken and shellfish are things that I can prepare ahead of time and stick in the frige for a quick meal.
I am going to try the Unjury Protein powder (ordered, not received yet) to see if that will help with the added protein to my daily intake.

I hear ya, I'm stuck in a rut as well. I'm not on the creative side of creating menus either. I would love a breakdown of daily menus. My problem is i'm always running. I take both children/pick up to school and drive about 200 miles a day. I'm sick of the protein shakes, they make me just not want to eat, so I avoid them like the plaque.
