ANY IDEAS?
I know this is a medical problem, and am calling my doc to make an appt as soon as the office opens this morning. I just thought I would throw this out there and see if anyone has had similar experiences. I had my surgery on March 25, 2004. I had my gall bladder out in January of 2005. In the last six months I have had severe problems with bm's. Its like all of a sudden the urge will hit me ( for instance i was out in the yard and it hit me, and i couldn't even make it into the house). I have actually had several very embarrassing situations where I have been somewhere and it'**** me and I've had accidents. No time to even walk to the bathroom. It's like a dam bursts and there is no controlling it. Another thing is I have been vomiting alot lately. Yesterday I had a few slices of thin sliced turkey breast around one in the afternoon. It sat there all day with that heavy feeling in my pouch, finally I started vomiting at 9:00 last night and never stopped until around 11:00 when I finally purged the last of that damn turkey. I am tired, exhausted really all the time, and I can't sleep fitfully. Like I said I'm making an appt. today for a complete physical and to get my labs done ( its been a while since i've had them done) Does any of this sound familiar to anyone? I'm usually pretty good with my protein first, but do still have problems with dense meats. We went to a very nice, expensive steak house last week, I had maybe half of a 6 oz. filet mignon, and then a couple bites of salad, and had to stop on the way home to vomit on the side of the road. It's been pretty miserable, I feel like I'm going backwards instead of forward with my ability to eat right. Not to mention that it is sort of embarrassing after 2 1/2 years to still have to vomit on the side of the road with a van full of people watching. Guess I'm just feeling a little sorry for myself today. My husband is constantly on my back about calling the doc, so I will be a big girl today and do what I'm supposed to do.
Well if nothing else, it feels good to write this all down. Thanks for listening.

Get to your doctor immediately. I had this exact thing happen to me - and it turned out to be a kink in my bowel. Signs of potential bowel blockages (or partial blockages) are diarhea and vomiting - - NOT to say that this is what you have, but why take any chances!? PLEASE get to the doctor IMMEDIATELY and have everything checked, and let us know how you are, OK?
Please keep us posted!
